Employment Law Team

Our employment law team led by Nicholas Amor, has a firm grasp of this complex and constantly changing area of the law.

Nicholas graduated in law from Oxford University before qualifying with a leading City firm in 1983 and joining Gross & Co as a partner in 1988. He is a skilled draftsman of employment documents, policies and briefings and represents clients regularly before Employment Tribunals.

His clients have included the British Government, public and private companies, partnerships and individual employees. He is a founder member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

Acting for both employers and employees, we aim to create a framework for good industrial relations by preparing employment contracts, disciplinary and grievance procedures and health and safety policies.

If employers need to downsize then we can guide them through the maze of redundancy procedures. When disputes occur we seek to help resolve them, but in the final resort we fight your corner in the Employment Tribunal.

Nicholas reports regularly to clients on new developments in employment law through our Business Newsletter which we have published 3 times a year for more than 17 years.
